Need to create Bucket based on Group

Hi Experts,

I have two tables (Table 1 and Table 2 in my data model and is joined by Surid). I want to vloop (if Surid from table 2 exist in Surid1 from Table1 then fetch SURID,Gender,Studying,finished.)

Can you please guide me how to do it.

Hi @PSan1979 ,

Not very intelligent, but may be able to meet your needs.

Create an index column in the query editor, and then create a calculated column with dax.

Bucket =
    SWITCH (
        TRUE (),
        'Table'[Index] < 5, "8320-8505",
        'Table'[Index] < 10, "8333-8524",
        BLANK ()
    )

Is It possible to create a separate table. and VLOOP Table2 from Table 1. if its matches then display value else blank

IDCOL1 COL 2
SURID1XXX1
SURID21XXX

Hi @PSan1979 ,

Unpivot then create a 1-* relationship with table2

It should fetch Min & Max dynamically.

Bucket =
    SWITCH (
        TRUE (),
        'Table 1' Surid In Min(Surid) && Max(Surid)
        BLANK ()
    )
