Working in connection with Direct Query - Can we roll up the amounts (or put the calculation) for multiple rows in a new row below them?
E.g., row 1: Operational Income
row 2: Other Income
row 3: Total Income (R1+2)
row 4: Total Expenses
row 5: Contribution (R3-R4)
How can we put these calculations or measures under such formats for rows?

Current power bi has limitations to use calculate column/table in direct query mode.(you can't use summary functions in calculated column and table)
For your requirement, you can create new table to store these summary records or switch to import mode to unlock more editor features.
