Need opposite of cumulative total

I have daily data coming from online source (outside my control). It is cummulative data like this:

01/07/2020 - 100

02/07/2020 - 105

03/07/2020 - 105

04/07/2020 - 107

I want this:

01/07/2020 -

02/07/2020 - 5

03/07/2020 - 0

04/07/2020 - 2

How do I do it?  Best to be done in PowerQuery (M code) or Calculated Column in DAX?

Any suggestions how to get started?

@Mikeincairns , in case, need to measure to subtract you can use Last Day Non-Continuous or last date

Last Day Non Continuous = CALCULATE([sales],filter(ALLSELECTED('Date'),'Date'[Date] =MAXX(FILTER(ALLSELECTED('Date'),'Date'[Date]<max('Date'[Date])),'Date'[Date])))
Day behind Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),dateadd('Date'[Date],-1,Day))
Diff COlumn = datediff(maxx(filter(Table,Table[Date]<earlier(Table[Date]) && Table[Numberf]= earlier(Table[Numberf]) ),Table[Date]) ,Table[Date],Day)

This Day = CALCULATE(sum('order'[Qty]), FILTER(ALL('Date'),'Date'[Date]=max('Date'[Date])))
Last Day = CALCULATE(sum('order'[Qty]), FILTER(ALL('Date'),'Date'[Date]=max('Date'[Date])-1))
Last Day = CALCULATE(sum('order'[Qty]), previousday('Date'[Date]))

and subtract sum('order'[Qty]) or this day - last day

or refer to this blog I have column method also for continuous and noncontinuous date
