Need help with tables

We are moving from excelsheet to powerBI 

The excelsheet has raw data which has various values :-

I have 1 table which has some fields as reference letters . Another table which has reference letter dfinition and prices of the equipments.

Example:

How do u suggest I create tables and primary key/Foreign key ?

Hi @vanhell54321 ,

According to your description, it looks like that the first table column "Device interface options for Customer hand-off" has relationship with the Interface column in the second table, then you can create two tables like below in PowerBI, then create relationship between the above two columns.
