Need help with table data

I have 2 datasets.  One includes a static list of user names and IDs.  The other dataset includes a list of the user names and IDs of individuals that have visited and view a company website and the dates they visited.  Both datasets are related using the User ID.  On my report page, I have a slicer filter for the date range and two tables.  The first table includes the list of user names and IDs  of those that visited the website during the filtered date range.  This table I have figured out.  The second table includes the same as the first table, except this list is the list of individuals that have not visited the site during the filtered date.  I have searched the internet over and over again and can't seem to find anything that is related to this problem.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can't reproduce your problem basde on your description, so if possible, could you please inform me more detailed infromation (such as your data sample, your currently design or measure and your expecting output)? Then I will help you more correctly.
