Need Help: Clustered bar chart to separate year and category

Hello All,

How can I turn this Power BI clustered bar chart, in the 1st image, by separating year and category as shown below into the 2nd image from excel chart. Thank you.

From Power BI visual

put the year in the Small Multiples section.

Dear lbendlin, Thank you for your reply. Below is what I currently have, in 3rd image, after I posted the 1st image above.

I'd like to have year on the y-axis. When I change it to y-axis, please see image 4, I get that with no year.

When I moved Year above Action Reason, please see image 5, I get this.

So my issue is not resolved...how do get year to look like the excel file in image 2 above?

Hi, I followed your suggestion below. But, action reason not showing. Only year

I need it to look like this excel

In that case you may want to continue to use Excel.

Thanks.

No, I need Power BI to work, if it's possible. I have tested various ways before I posted in this forum.

My workplace is phasing out excel and Power BI will replace it.

Have a look at the Deneb custom visual - there you can define your own layout.
