Need help with row Level Access restrictions for 100 Plus users

Hi Team,

I need to implement Row level access restrictions to more than 100 users.

I had worked on giving access to smaller set of people manually by creating Roles earlier but now it is 100 plus users and there are a lot of roles to add, I am not sure if there is a easier way to do this.

Can anyone provide me any link or guidelines on how I can do it for more than 100 people easily.

How are you currently setting up rls, what does your permission table look like, and how are the rules set up?

Thanks for the links, I will go through them.

I have not yet started with setting up access. The requirement is as per below.

I need to set up access restrictions based on Tier 1 , 2, 3 org each user supports.

For example

Few Users can have global acccess

Few Users have access at specific Tier 1 Org level and can see all Teier 2 and Tier 3 Orgs under that particular Tier 1 Org

Few Users can have access at Tier 2 Level where they can see data for a specific Tier 2 and all Tier 3 Orgs in that Tier 2 Org

Few Users can have access of particular Tier 3 Org only

Username	Tier 1 Org	Tier 2 Org	Tier 3 Org
1	all Tier 1 Orgs	all Tier 2 Orgs	All Tier 3 Orgs
2	A	all Tier 2 Orgs under A Tier 1 Org	All Tier 3 Orgs under A Tier 1 Org

My users will be close to 100 people. I am not sure how to achieve this.
