Need help with dax Filter

Hi Im new to dax and im trying to get the number of Clients in Service Code "A1" and "B12" whose service end date is not blank or service end date is equall or greater than begining of fiscal year (April 1st)

 

CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT('Services'[Client]),
  FILTER('Services',
        'Services'[Code] = "A1"
            && 'Services'[Code] = "B12"),
SUMMARIZECOLUMNS(FILTER('Services', (NOT(ISBLANK('Services'[Datekey_End] || 'Services'[Datekey_End] >= 'Services'[Fiscal Year]))))))

@Anonymous  Try something like this... can't test as there is no sample data provided.

 

CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT('Services'[Client]),
