Need help with creating visual interactions between two tables

Hey guys,

I want to have two graphs: the first graph is based on Table 1 and should reflect the variance in the value by product; for the second graph i need to recalculate the difference between variance and threshold in the table 2 to input as a value and show it by asset category. Two graphs should interact with each other; for example, when I click on the Bike category in graph 2 i should see Products filtered out on graph one. I need help with the formula for the graph 2.

Table 1
Asset CategoryActualBudgetedVarianceProduct
Bikes504010Bike 1
Bikes6070-10Bike 2
Bikes2030-10Bike 3
Bikes170260-90Bike 4
Mopeds1105060Moped 1
Mopeds905040Moped 2

Table 2
Asset CategoryActualBudgetedVarianceThreshold Material Difference
Bikes300400-10090 Yes
Mopeds20010010080 Yes

Appreciate any help!

@Anonymous , You can create and a common asset table/dimension and use that for analysis

asset = distinct(union(all(Table1[Asset]),all(Table2[Asset])))
