Need help with DAX formula

Hi ,

I am new to power BI learning DAX.

We have a requirement to create a dashboard. The team works on some work orders. We need to showcase each team members contribution with the work of the team in terms of %  .

The below is the dummy data , I have created to create a Proof of concept.

While using filers for the month I am not able to get the correct % of work done by each team member in the month.

Requesting to help me with the issue.

To create a measure as below.

Measure =
VAR a =
    COUNT ( Table1[WO] )
VAR b =
    CALCULATE ( COUNT ( Table1[WO] ), ALLSELECTED ( Table1 ) )
RETURN
    DIVIDE ( a, b )
