Put your values in a matrix with ISIN, Buy/Sell, and Name in Rows and Amount in Values.

Turn off stepped layout Format > Row Headers > Stepped Layout

Under Subtotals to on 'Per row level' then turn off all but 'Buy/Sell'.  I know it is counter intuitive but the 'subtotal' for ISIN is actually the totaling row for the entire matrix, the subtotal for EACH ISIN is the next column in the list which is Buy/Sell.

Then expand your levels all the way down and you should have the view you asked for.

@Anonymous you should create a matrix visual:

use ISIN/BUY/Sell Name on rows

use Amount on Values

on the format pane turn off step layout and drill down to Sell Name and that will do it. You can also turn off subtotal at Sell Name and Buy level so that it only shows at ISIN level. This can be done on the Format pane.
