Hello,
I'm importing data from 5 trailcounters into one table, with identification column:
[Area] = Forrest
[Name] = Forrest + Landmark
[Location] = Landmark
Each row is a count.
However, I'm new to PowerBI, and I'm strugling to make simple calculations like:
See picture of data example
Hi @Anonymous,
However, I'm new to PowerBI, and I'm strugling to make simple calculations like:
- Counts per Hour, Day, Week, Month, Year - pr. Area OR per. Location
- Minimum Battery level per Week - pr. Location
Do you want to count rows per Hour, Day, Week, Month, Year and pr. Area OR per. Location?
If it is, please share your data sample as table format so that I could copy and test on it.
In addition, I have a little confused about what is Minimum Battery level.
I would appreciate it if you could share your desired output so that I can understand your logic better and get the solution.
Best Regards,
Cherry
Hello @v-piga-msft, thank you for taking your time.
I actually think that we need to go back 1 step, and see if I have organized my data in the most efficient way.
I would like to show you maybe both the "old" excel report I had made, which uses the same data - and then the PowerBI file that I have till now.
Can you maybe PM me an email address, so I dont need to share all our data online with everyone?
