Hi,
I've column with Country names listed as "Hong Kong Geo", Japan Geo", etc. I need help on creating a new column with only country names like "Hong Kong", "Japan" etc.
Any help on this would be appreciated.

You can do it in Power Query, Under Add Column Tab > Extract and choose Before Delimiter, Leave one space and type Geo in Delimiter, press ok

You can also create a calculated column like so:
Column = LEFT([Country names],LEN([Country names])-4)
