Hi everyone,
I have this table below and wanted to filter out only the rows with earliest date per name or latest date per name rows. Could you please help me out to solve this problem?
(sample full data)
for example I need something like this below -
(if kept earliest dates only)
(if kept latest date only)
Can somebody tell how to do this in query editor and/or dax and/or M code?
Any hint/info is much appreciated!
Thanks,
K3

Thanks to the great efforts by MS engineers to simplify syntax of DAX! Most beginners are SUCCESSFULLY MISLED to think that they could easily master DAX; but it turns out that the intricacy of the most frequently used RANKX() is still way beyond their comprehension! |
DAX is simple, but NOT EASY! |
