Need help for Asp.net Web form SDK for Power BI

I'm using Power BI JavaScript SDK to embedd Power BI report in third party Application which works perfectly for me now.
 
I want to reimplement this entirething using ASP.Net Webform model using Server Side Approach.
 
I found onw link, that Power BI provides Web Form API for Embedding the reports.

As per documentation, we need to use following two server side tags:
<TOKEN id="pbiAccessToken" runat="server"></TOKEN>
<TOKEN id="pbiAccessToken" accesstoken="{{YourAccessToken}}" runat="server"></TOKEN>
Embedd a report using following code:
<REPORT id="pbiReport" embedurl="{{EmbedUrl}}" runat="server"></REPORT>

There is no documentation and example related this approach. Requesting to provide some good example or sample to implement this stuff.
&nbsp;
Also, I have few questions.

&nbsp;Is this, Apps own approach or User owns approach?
Do I need to generate only Client Id and Client Secret?&nbsp;
Please guide me how can I implement with complete .Net Webform solution
