Need help!! Change date format

Dear all,

I have attached the document. Can some one help me change the date format to 

E.g  from  January 10, 2019 to Jan 10, 2019  (Only use the short writing of month)

You can add a calculated column to your table with this code.

Formatted Date = FORMAT(Sheet2[session_date],"mmm d, yyyy")
