Need guidance organizing data

I have a file (~3k rows) that has the following columns and rows.
Columns: (l to r)
Region
Customer
Customer Subsidiary
Customer Subsidiary Sales Incentive Program
Sales Week Ending 1
Sales Week Ending 2
Sales Week Ending 3
Sales YTD
Sales Target
Avg Sales YTD (Actual) vs. Target (Goal)

Row Ex.
NE, Safeway, Starbucks, Starbucks 2 for 1, $2k, $1.4k, $3.2k, $6.6k, $2.5k, $2.2k, 88%

I want to flatten it and structure the data to enable the following visualizations:
Clustered Bar Chart with Region and values representing the YTD sales
Ability to drill down or click on region into customer, then subsidiary and then promotion
Chart that illustrates where each Refion, Customer and Subsidiary is performing against the target sales goal.

Can someone help me get started?
