Need clarification for Power BI report with live connection

We have created a power BI report based on live connection with AAS cube. The fact table has data associated with "Position" and there is another view called EMAIL LIST which has "Position" and EMail IDs. We want the data to be filtered based on Position and to be sent to respective email ID. 

As per our research so far, this is not possible in Power BI.
As an alternate solution, we thought of implementing row level security for report. Even that doesnt seem feasible with live connection.

could you please help us on this. How can we achieve this or similar functionality in Power BI for live connection.

You can try to define the RLS in the model and then connect it to the SSAS model via desktop Live Connection. Please refer to the following documents for details.

Regarding the other requirement you mentioned, sending report views to their respective emails, it is logically possible to do this by subscribing yourself or others to reports or dashboards. You can learn more about this operation.Subscribe yourself to reports and dashboards - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

It is important to note that you don't need edit permissions to the paginated report to create a subscription for yourself, but you must have edit permissions to create one for someone else in your organization.

@Anonymous , Live connection me RLS to handled at source either AAS/SSAS/power bi dataset level.  In the modeling tab, you have the option to change the connection type, you can make it direct query, after that I think you can do RLS in this data model
