Need Help -

I've got 2 tables:

Table 1 - Attrition Table

Table 2 - Performance Table

TABLE 1

2021
EmpTermination Date
13/20/2021
25/20/2021
32/20/2019
411/20/2021
53/20/2021
65/20/2021
72/20/2021
811/20/2021
93/20/2021
10

5/20/2021

TABLE 2
EmployeePerformancePerformance Year
2Good2020
3VG2019
3NI2020
5EE2020
6Good2020
6VG2019

Requirements:

Plot a bell curve or simple line graph showing the performance of those who left in 2021 (ref Table 1), where performance data is on table 2.

if performance for 2021 is not available then get the latest from the list (ref Table 2)

Year is base on selection (dynamic)

I appreciate your help.

Thanks

@CJ_96601 , one of the ways is to copy the performance of termination in the year in first table

performance = maxx(filter(Table2, Table2[employee] = Table1[Emp] && year(Table1[termination date]) = Table2[Performance Year] ) , Table2[Performance])
