Need Help with map locations

Hi All

This is my first report using Power BI. In my report i want to show the location of the customers. I dragged the MAP icon onto the canvas and added the customer field to it, what else needs to be done to shows the customers on the map? Please need help.

You need to tell the map the customer addresses or the geo code lat and long
