[Need Help] Power BI Can't show the chart

My laptop can't show the chart, but my colleague can. Even I use Edge or incognito window... 

My laptop is Win10, and Chrome has already been updated.

1)are you able to see in your power bi desktop with your credentials signed.
2)Get your colleagues credential and see whther you see charts in power bi service. If so you dnt have accedd to those data. check with admin.
