Need Help - How to design report with many level at header of table

Dear All

I have a report in term of table as following. All data is available but it is very difficult to create this report in Power BI with header is two line:

First line is general header (Total revenue, total room revenue, ARR)

Second line is secondary header that children of general header (actual YTD, % with LY, % with Budget,...) These are demension with actual YTD and are two measures % with LY, % With Budget).

So, how can i create this report in Power BI, I ask some contractor of power BI but they do not know how to create a very simpl

You have to create a custom table with General header value as column1 value and your expected header 2 values as column2 values as shown in the post.

But actutually, I still do not understand clear why you use the fomular "If (Max".

What is the role of "Max" here.

Can you explain more about "Max".

This expression (Max) aggregates all the rows of the table if it is used in a calculated column, but it considers only the rows that are filtered by slicers, row, columns, and filter conditions whenever it is used in a measure. So here, using an aggregation function (No matter it’s Max,Min,Sum,ect.)is just to calculate in the current row, it no longer returns a maximum value of the current column, but a value of the current row.
