Need Help - Calculation of Previous Year and Current Year Calculation

Hi Guys I am new to Power BI. Need Help from Power Bi Community.Database  SQL Server.I have transactional table having the columns are "Date,Segmentation & Revenue". Based on these 3 columns I have to build a report in power bi. My Financial year will start from Nov and end with Oct.I have to calculate Fiscal Year, Fiscal Quarter, Fiscal Month.Row contain Fiscal Quarter and Fiscal Month.Column contains Fiscal Year and Segmentation (the data of Segmentation in is Cash Revenue & other Revenue) and %age Increase (means Current Year Revenue (2018) - Previous Year Revenue (2017)  /Previous Year Revenue (2017).Could you please help me how I should calculate Previous Year Revenue and Current Year revenue in power bi based on my database data.Note: I am unable to attach the template of the report here. Is there any possible please let me know will share the template of the report.
