My data is not updated

Hello

I have a report that is connected from a sharepoint folder source, where you have many EXCEL files that are added weekly and are automatically merged. I have been updating the datam every Monday for several weeks and without any problem it is updated,

Last week, I was going to do the corresponding update and I couldn't. Because I click on update, and it stays more than two hours in "Waiting to connect to sharepoint" (I have the sharepoint credentials logged in to the POWER BI). Just this week I haven't been able to update the information, because it doesn't load in hours.

Is there a way to automate this or has anyone happened to you? I already tried deleting cookies and also updating credentials.
