My Organization Data available in web version but not desktop

I have a dataset created by someone else at my company.  This a full data set i would like to add a Top query to it for my report.  As i understand it dax syntac needs to be entered in the desktop. My probelem is i can't see to get to my data in the desktop.  In the online version i can go to Get data, then from the my orginization content pack i can choose get and and then choose get it now from the next screen that opens.

How do i create or get a report using that data source open in the desktop app?

Hi @ElizabethGroom,

You want to connect to the organizational content pack from Power BI Desktop, right?   If that is the case, we are not able to connect to content pack in Power BI Desktop, a similar idea has been submitted in the following link, you can vote it up.
