My Filled map will not show Postcode Districts CO5!

My Filled map will not show Postcode Districts CO5. However on a separate map using Postcode Sectors it will show Sectors that are within this Postcode District?

Did all the same hierachy postcode not show? Or just the CO5 didn't show?  After researching, I find that the UK has 4 hierarchical levels of Postal codes and the lowest level of detail is not supported by Bing.
