Multiplying with Changing Column Names

I am coding a desktop application to allow for varying data to be analyzed by the users.

The file has multiple columns, but depending on the project the column headers change based on project file the data is pulling from .

Ex.

Item, qty, PRO 1, PRO 2, PRO 3

(with the PRO headers changing name depending on the file)

I need to multiply qty by the PRO tabs while keeping the project name visible in power BI. I do not know how to do this since these functions are coded using the column name. Is there a way to code Power BI to multiply with a different column name each time the file is refreshed?

Thanks!
