Multiplying the sum of a column by a value of a column

Hope I can explain this correctly...

I have a large data set of monthly transactions accross multiple sites - hundreds of products ordered multiple times by multiple sites.

What I want to do is: Total Sales +GST = (sum('Raw Data'[sales value])+sum('Raw Data'[Total_Rebate]))*(1+_____('Raw Data'[GST])

I am struggling with what function to look at the cell to see whether to apply 10% or 0% GST

"apply 10% or 0% GST", this problem seems to be more related with your company requirement. Not very clear about what's your expected requirement and could you clarify more details about the issue?
