Hi, if i would like to multiple a column to multiple column, like multiple Column A to Column B and Column F, what should the query be? If it is possible, it is better to do it in one step without making new columns. Thanks.

You can consider to use below measure if it works:
Measure= sum(Table[ColumnA])*sum(Table[ColumnB])*sum(Table[ColumnF])
