Multiple slicers for a pivot table data model

I have 4 data sheets in excel - Company, Country, Product and Industry. There is a primary key company ID which maps with all 3 tables. I have created a pivot table using these 4 sheets and multiple slicers for industry, country etc.

 

The slicers are not filtering records in the pivot table. Even though I have created relationships between the tables using primary key and foreign key. Is there anything I am missing here? The slicers are from columns in 3 tables country, product and industry.

Can you share a sample? Please mask the sensitive parts. At least share some snapshots. 

The possible cause the "Cross filter direction". Please refer to the snapshot below.
