Multiple quantities on a stacked bar chart

I want to create a chart as shown below. Which charting functionalites will help me achieve this ? 

 

Just as an example I have the chart here which displays all the salesman and the count of adjustments they made and how much value those adjustments added in terms of percentages. E.g. Salesman1 made total of 350 adjustments which represents the grey bar and and those 350 adjustments added 10 % value the blue bar.

@Anonymous , I doubt excat visual. Stacked with Line , where you a marker for line and make like color same as background color  (Only % valued in stacked)  and the small lines as line and use marker and change shape of marker
