Multiple date columns with one date table

Hello!

I have a question about the way the dates are connected to the date table. I have a dataset like the below that is connected to a date table with Open Date. This connection works fine. The question I need answering and I can't get right is: How many projects were opened in February and how many of them were closed? I would pick January in the date table, but it would only show me the open projects because it's the one connected to the date table.

Project IDOpen DateClosed Date
fasdgfads01-Jan-2003-Mar-20
gsdagads02-Feb-2004-Mar-20
gasdghff03-Feb-2005-Mar-20

I thought of potentially creating a separate table with the closed dates only, but not sure if there is an easier solution.

Thanks!

Jon

@Anonymous , You need to create a common Date table and join both with that, One active and one inactive realtion. Use userelation to activate them as per need.
