Multiple Filters AND and OR

Hi All,

I need to filter my report by 2 different parameters but as "or" not "and" relation (so report should show data if one of those parameters is met).
When I use page level filters it works as "and" so all filter conditions must be met.

I tried to make new column with IF function but paremeters I need to use are in different tables and it doesn't work.

Any ideas how to solve this issue?

Are you able to use a lookupvalue in one of the tables to bring in the other value and then use an Or statment to say tru or false

filter =

Var col = LOOKUPVALUE(Table1[Column],Table1[ID],Table2[ID])

var ins = Table2[insurance Paid]

var check = if(or(col = "Withdrawn",ins = "UNPAID"),TRUE(),FALSE())
