Multiple Entries

Dear Power BI Community

 

We have a table and one column has multiple entries (name of nurse) per row, as per 1st screenshot below.   When we filter per name the selection, as in the 2nd screenshot, “Project site lead nurse” includes all names involved/with the same title affiliated with the selected name.  How can we create a filter that will have as a result only one individual name and not multiple names, when we search for it.

Further to @amitchandak once you split your column into rows in power query you might want to further shape the data into a many to many relationship with a bridge table:
Many-to-many relationships in Power BI and Excel 2016 - SQLBI
