I have to fetch combined data from 6 Data bases and create dashboards,all 6 are SQL DB Servers, I used to do same Using a macro which loops from database-database and fetch me data, but how can i do it in desktop version.

Just create a query for each database. If you need to append or merge them together then create an Append or Merge query after creating your individual queries.
Thanks For the Reply, but while appending it is taking me to Joins which are done by matching column values together-- this is creating a wrong Merged Sheet. below is the scenario.
Database1 and Database2 both have columns-- Bug, event name, release name. but these two can not be joined as values in them are different. while trying to merge/append queries is taking Bug.id which is a just number also common in both databases, say if i have 20 rows in DB A and 5 Rows in DB B , merge (All joins tried, with Full outer join) is giving me 20 * 5 = 100 Rows. which is very incorrect for analysing what my expection is just adding DB B values below DB A Values 20 + 5, and clubbed table should be like below.
Bug event release
DB A values
DB B Values
Also, i have 118 Databases in my server i used to fetch all record at one click with macro with looping runing into all db's. Expecting same kind of workaround here in Power BI is that possible ?

If your two database use the same (or similar) columns, an append should be exactly the 20 + 5. By your description it sounds like you clicked "Merge Queries" instead of "Append Queries"?

I was researching on Power BI desktop as we have the license for same. Any directions to proceed?
