Moving the Row Header in Matrix to the right

Is it possible to move the Row header(Department) in Matrix to the right side?

I have the Departments in another language, so I need the alignment to be to the right side

Why don't you try creating bookmarks for it ?

You can create buttons and change the visual or columns when users click on it.
