Moving from tableau to powerBi (need help asap)

Hi ,

I need to change some reports from Tableau to powerBi but i am having some problem with some measures , some functions exist in tableau i dont know how to replace it like Fixed , Exclude ... in the attached picture , there is an example, does anyone has any idea how to replace it ?

I tried doing it with, allSelected ... but it doens't work, I'am still getting the exact values.
