With the above spreadsheet, I am attempting to have one row per unique identifier. You can see in the 8 empty columns to the right, I need to show if and when each person first attended each of the 4 steps as shown in the Attribute column. However, since some people may have attended one of the steps multiple times, I need to show when they first attended each step.
HELP PLEASE! And thank you!
I guess each attribute is a step, correct?
Can you share the excel sample data using google drive or other method and will get back to you with the solution? Thanks!

Yes, there are 5 attributes that represent one of 4 steps - there are 2 different attributes for step 1 - _Step 1 Membership (Attendance) and zOLDStep 1 Follow (Attendance).
