Hello to all,
I am attempting to create a page of visuals in Power BI that shows the affects when resources (staff, equipment, etc.) are moved from one location to another. I would like to make it user friendly so my executive leadership could play around with different scenarios of resource allocation. My initial thought was that each resource would have to have a weight assigned to them, so there would be an increase in one location and a decrease in the other. I’ve tried searching around and found “what if analysis” tutorials, which are close, but often relate to pricing changes. Looking for help from anyone who might have a method to solve this.
Thanks so much
