More than one fact table

Can I have more than one fact table in my scheme? What is the most recommended way to relate them to the dimension tables?

yes, You can have more, than one fact table, but you will not be able to build / create a consistent data model. The typical consequence of such data models is many-to-many relationships. A typically is hard to resolve such collisions and suitable approach will be different from one data model to other.
