Month closing is not actually at the end of the month. It is done few days into the next month and keeps changing.
Currently I am updating the date slicer in all my reports manually with the month opening date. Is there a better way to do this? Maybe update in one place and it updates in all the reports?
Any ideas..?
Hi @Sdhn420 ,
Not very clear about what you want, create dynamic end of month by slicer?
Can you show some sample data?
Best Regards,
Jay
@Sdhn420 , Create a column like
Date Type = SWITCH(TRUE(),'Date'[Date]=[Close Month Date],"Month Close"
,'Date'[Date]&"")
And Sort it date and select Month Close
I would have to do this for all my reports. I currently have 10+ reports. Is there a way to update opening date of month in one place so that it updates automatically in all the reports?
