Hello - I have a gauge visual that shows our company's YTD performance against annual budget. It shows % to target.
Challenge is that I also have row level security setup so that the sales teams cannot see the total numbers on this particular page...they just see their totals. But in the case of this particular visual, right now they see their particular team's YTD total, against the overall company total.
Ideally, they want to see their YTD total against their budget. But I am not sure how to create a formula that shows one total for one group of people, then other totals for up to 5 different teams. In other words, viewers that are allowed to see everything, it works fine as is. But for the 5 different sales teams, I need the visual to show whichever sales team's total happens to be looking at the report.

Hey,
you have to consider to create an additional table that contains all the data just without the "teams" detail, due to this the table will not be affected by RLS. Then you can use this table to create the "Company Total".
Hopefully this provides you with some ideas how to "fill" the visual with the proper data.
Regards,
Tom
