Mix two matrix with different types of value

Hi everyone ! 

Do you know if it's possible to join/mix two matrix with one on percentage and the other one in number ? 

Below, there is a picture of my two matrix that I would like to merge. My apalogies about black, it's to protect the data.

You will have to create a custom matrix with the desired rows and columns.

Thank you for your answer. It's exactly that I was wondering. 

But I think that I don't have the level to do that, I'm a beginner and it looks like very difficult to create this kind of matrix.
