Missing values in Matrix visual - Date don't display in column so my value can't be sorted

Hi everyone,

I am facing some issue with the "Matrix" visual.

The problem is some of my values dont show up when I put the date column in the "column" fields of the visual, even though there is a date for the value I put in.

Here is the matrix visual with his settings:

As you can see, the "Year" don't show up for the "297 500,0€" value even though they have an "invoicing date" (See screen below).

PS: my "invoicing date" and my "Date" columns come from two differents tables but are linked together in the "Model" section (See screen below).

Thank you in advance for your response. I am really lost whit that one.

Hi @Anonymous ,

In base of the information you shared be sure that if you are using a calculated column try to do that calculation on the query editor and not trough DAX sometimes you can get some incorrections on the data due to calculation context.

Hi @Anonymous ,

The Date table starts in what year? When you make this type of relationship be sure that the date table begins on january 1st of the lowest year no your data and end on 31st December of your higher year.

So in your case your Date values must only have values for 2020 and the other dates are not being picked up.
