Missing last row in power BI

Hello POWER Team!!

I have an issue and I cannot figure out what is going on! 

So I am using the excel as source of the data for my Power BI report. I am updating this excel document on monthly basis. 

Excel Table it simple. See example:

Date	Name	Quantity
01/10/2020	Test1	1000
01/10/2020	Test2	1000
01/10/2020	Test3	1000

Nothing complicated. 

Now! I am adding new data (In bold)

Date	Name	Quantity
01/10/2020	Test1	1000
01/10/2020	Test2	1000
01/10/2020	Test3	1000
02/10/2020	Test4	1000

Save, go to Power BI - refresh - and Power BI will not show me the last line TEST4.....

If I do this - completely thinking outside the box -

Date	Name	Quantity
01/10/2020	Test1	1000
01/10/2020	Test2	1000
01/10/2020	Test3	1000
02/10/2020	Test4	1000
02/10/2020		0

Save, go to Power BI - refresh - then Power BI will show me the last line TEST4..... but not last line again.....

What is going on please?

@BigTommy  The very first thing to check is if the excel data is converted to table CTRL+T and check if everything is working fine....

@BigTommy Do you click Refresh button in Report view or Query Editor of Power BI Desktop? If you disable "Include in Report Refresh" option for your table in Query Editor and click Refresh in Report view of Power BI Desktop, data will not be changed in Power BI report
