Microsoft Teams Call Quality Data Issue with showing wrong in card Visualization.

Hi All,

I have created report in Power BI with CQD Data(Call Quality Data from " https://cqd.teams.microsoft.com/ " Via Direct Query) for Analzing Stream Quality on daily basis. In that I have created a line and column Staked chart for few things like Audio Stream count, Audio Good Stream count etc... for the past 30 days. And I have created a card for each things with Today's Stream count.

Then issue is its showing different count in the Chart visualization and different count in the card visualization. Below is the screenshot for the better understanding,

The same Graph data exported in Excel, its Differs by 2 stream count.

Any Suggestions on this issue!!

Thank you.

Hi @Santhosh_V ,

Withouth specific information is difficult to pin point the error, are you calculating distinct count, count , sum? There can be also some filter you are applying that is not picking up all the information.

Is the excel spreadsheet in the same format of your information or is it also a summary of the full dataset?

Regards

Miguel Félix
