Hi guys
Just wondering if anybody has come across a problem I am experienceing.
We have mutlple users of our data models, Most use Excel 2013 some have Office 365.
When viewing data in a pivot table the figures differ depending on the Excel version. Namely Excel in Office 365 is returning incorrect values. Note this is literally creating a pivot table. Save file. Close file. Then re-open it in both versions and the figures are incorrect in 365. So nothing to do with filters or date ranges etc as everything is the same.
Why is this????
Any help is greatly appreciated.
thanks
Hi @Anonymous,
From your description, could you mean that different user have used the Analyze in Excel function with different version of excel and get the different result?
If so, could you please check if all users are using the same report to analyze and check if there is any RLS limitation in your report?
Also, could you please tell me which version of Excel you have tried and could you please offer some sample data to have a test if possible?
Regards,
Daniel He
