Mesaure diff between two coloumns

I have two data table, one with total employee number  and one table that shows those who are Sick with two columns one with date and the other one with employee number. Now I want to see how many of the total employee number are sick in procentage?

measure = COUNT(TABLE_NAME_2[Employee_Numner]) / COUNT(TABLE_NAME_1[Employee_Number])

 

 

Table_name_2 refers to the ones who are sick

Table_name_1 refers to all employees
