Merging cell like excel

Is it possible to merge the the cells in table in power Bi the way we can do in excel.

Hi Ta,

We have a requirements for few charts with data grid like in the sanpshot on a single page. Now if we repeat the name and city column, the grid is not redable and unlike the way user wants.
