I would like to know IF we can merge 2 POWER BI pbix files into one. (they have different data set and different visualizations, can we also merge these as well=

As far as I know, currently it is not supported to combine two different .pbix files with different data source and visuals.
Perhaps you can submit the requirement to ideas and add your comments there to make this feature coming sooner: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas

@Anonymous , No. You can have the same set table and formula in other pbix, then you can copy-paste visual from one pbix to another
